Terms of Service 

01Our services

We provide digital services including web and app development, design, branding, marketing and content production. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

02Quotes & payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects typically require a 50% advance before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to quoted fees.
• Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

03Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access in a timely manner. Delays in these may shift the project timeline. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe anyone else's rights.

04Revisions & changes

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we proceed.

05Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Unless agreed otherwise, we may showcase the work in our portfolio.

06Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purpose of the project.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
